Joe Randazzo

 

With over 40 years of design perspective, Joe’s work is rooted in lived experience and a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful spaces.

 

As co-owner and stylist of J Salon and Phil’s Barber Shop for more than 20 years, Joe has designed and developed multiple business locations from concept through completion. In the 1990s, he owned a furniture retail and refinishing store, developing a deep understanding of materials, scale, and craftsmanship.

 

Since the early 1980s, Joe has designed his own homes across Chicago, New York, and Honolulu while also helping others transform theirs — always guided by clean lines, balance, and an understated sense of luxury.

Mark Mira

 

Born and raised in Hawai'i, Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, service, and operations, including over two decades with Hawaiian Airlines as a flight attendant. Extensive international travel has strongly influenced his design perspective and appreciation for global aesthetics.

 

His background in management, internal auditing, and customer care brings structure and professionalism to every project. Self-taught in design, Mark contributes a refined creative eye along with expertise in fashion, photography, and visual storytelling — elevating the presentation and overall experience of each space.
